Refund Policy

Every single time you trust us with your purchase, we wanted to get it right for you. We want you to have an absolutely stress-free shopping experience with us. We assure you that all products sold on Spexy are brand new and 100% authentic and genuine Spexy brand products. In case the product you have received is ‘Damaged’, ‘Defective’, or ‘Not as described’, you are covered under our Free & Easy Returns policy for a 30 days window period.
Possible resolutions could be a free replacement, exchange, or refund.
In case any customer made a wrong decision in choosing the right item as per his requirement, and cannot really use it, he/ she may still return it back to us but in the return, shipping has to be paid by the customer in that case. 

What is Free Replacement for our Buyers?
If you have received an item in a ‘Damaged’, or ‘Defective’ condition, OR it does not find to be the same as ‘Described’, you may request a replacement at no extra cost. Our return policy in such a case protects the buyer from even paying for the return shipping cost.
Replacement is subject to the availability of stock with us. If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked !!

What is Free Exchange?
If you are not satisfied with the quality or performance of our tool, you can request an exchange for free of cost. Be sure to check our return policy when buying or before initiating a return for exchange. Exchange is subject to availability of stock with us, If the product is out of stock, you will receive a full refund, no questions asked.
Exchange in case of Buyer’s mistake by choosing a wrong Item or size, are still possible but the customer has to pay for the shipping cost of both sides (*In sending the Item from our warehouse to the customer’s address and from customer’s address to our warehouse back). The same shall be deducted from the applicable refund.

How do I return an item purchased on www.spexy.in?
Returns are easy, simply follow these steps
– Contact us and provide Order ID details, providing all evidence through email about its damage/ defect/non-performance/ different than described.
– Product should be kept unused in the original packing without any sign of its usage.
– We will arrange to send you a return label to ship it back to us.
– Once the item is received back to us, we will inspect it at our end to verify your findings and will process your refund/ replacement/ exchange within 48-72 hours as per policies specified above. 

When will I get my requested a replacement?

Once a replacement request is created, we send you an email detailing the pickup process as well as providing details about the replacement. Once you provide us a valid tracking AWB number, we will track it through till it is received at our end for inspection and verification. Once the return qualifies for the replacement, we will immediately arrange to send you another Item within 24 hours and provide you a valid dispatch detail to track your replacement. 

How much time does it take to process a refund ?

We process all refunds within 48 hours upon receipt of the return item, if that qualifies for a refund as per our return policy. Refunds are being made to the same source from which they were being received in case of Prepaid orders. For COD, we refund through Bank transfer or UPI /Wallets. 

Can I return a partial order of my Purchase?
Yes, a return is still possible, if you have ordered multiple items, but wish to return only a part of it.  Return and refund shall be processed as per specified policies. 

What is I have changed my mind and would like to retain the product?
Please write to us to cancel your return request and we will do the needful. In case the replacement is already dispatched, you can reject the replacement item when it reaches to you.

When are Refunds processed?
We work to provide the most hassle-free online shopping experience. You are covered and your money safe. Refunds are issued when
– In case, we cannot provide you with the requested replacement
– As per our buyer protection policy, you are covered against any defective/ damaged/ quality issues, purchased from our store, and the refund is processed immediately as soon as the return is safely delivered in an unused condition in its original packaging and buyer’s claims are found true and correct.
– Items not covered under replacement or returns are not entitled to refunds. pls, read our specified policy for the same. 

I’ve still not received the refund to my bank account. Why?
If you have received a mail from us confirming your refund request, please be rest assured that we have processed your refund request at our end.
Sometimes financial organizations take a longer time than expected to process the refund request. However, if the refund hasn’t happened by the date we promised, you can contact us for an immediate resolution.

How can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order online before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded. We generally ship all our orders within 24- 48 hours and you will be notified through an auto-response about the tracking details. Make sure you send us your cancellation request within 12 hours maximum of placing your order for a full refund.
In case the item you have ordered has been shipped but has not yet been delivered to you, you may still cancel the order and deny the delivery. Your refund will be processed once we receive the originally ordered item back from the courier but the shipping cost of both sides shall be charged from your total refund payout.
Unfortunately, an order cannot be cancelled once the item has been delivered to you.

How long will it take to process my cancellation request?
Once you request the cancellation of item(s) in your order, it will take us a maximum of 2 business days to cancel the order and initiate a refund. You will be notified of the same by email.
If the Order Status shows the item(s) in your order as ‘Shipped’, we will process your cancellation request directly with our logistics partner. Your refund will be processed soon after we receive the cancelled items back from the courier.
We process your refund and return it back to your original source of payment or your PayPal account. it may take up to 2-3 business days for the refund to reflect at your end. 

Cases in which the returns/ replacement/ refunds are not possible?
There are certain scenarios where it is difficult for us to support returns
– Return request is made outside the specified time frame window of 30 days
– Item is damaged because of use or is not in the same condition as you received it
– Products with tampered, used, or returned without their original packing/ barcode.
